I love a detailed top and this Abound blouse from Nordstrom’s Rack is a keeper! The ruffles are structured, giving a normally whimsical design some high-fashion posh. Here I paired it with Level 99 jeans and Jessica Simpson heels for date night, but I have also swapped out the denim for a black pencil skirt for work!
